Operations, strategy, and the technical glue in between.
I'm the person who makes sure the best ideas actually get done. For four years I've turned creative ambition into structure — aligning teams, guiding decisions, and leading projects across operations, UX, and development. I take client and user input, turn it into action, and keep everything focused, effective, and on track.
I'm hard to put in one box — but if I had to, it's this: Operations & Strategy. The person who makes ideas actually happen.
In four years I've run project management, UX, business development, operations, and marketing — sometimes all in the same week. I've closed B2B deals in El Salvador, coordinated dev teams across Ireland, Asia, and the Americas, restructured an EdTech platform for a new market, and built tools to make my own work faster.
The common thread: I walk into something disorganized and leave it running. Then I automate it so it runs without me.
Bilingual (Spanish/English), seven years in Ireland, now based in El Salvador and working remotely with teams around the world.
Pick a lens. Everything below is real work — filtered by how you want to see it.
I keep distributed teams aligned and moving. I coordinate development across time zones, manage product launches, and turn founder priorities into shipped work — at iRevise (platform redesign) and HouseBuild (PM tool + Partner Program launch).
I was thrown into a redesign project that was completely new to me — so I took a six-month UX course at University College Dublin and learned by doing. I led the iRevise platform redesign: onboarding, class creation, and subject selection flows, working closely with developers on implementation and QA.
I build operational infrastructure where none exists — processes, systems, HR workflows, accountability. At COENERGY I built the entire operational backbone of a multi-line clean energy company from scratch. At iRevise I run day-to-day operations across customer communication, onboarding, and CRM.
I open relationships and close deals. At COENERGY I owned the full commercial process across solar, biodigesters, and electrical infrastructure — running win/loss analysis and closing B2B contracts, then feeding insight back into pipeline strategy.
I translate products into messaging people understand. At HouseBuild I lead strategy, content systems, and campaigns across channels — turning product updates into partner- and customer-facing communication.
I love AI and automation, and I build it into everything I do.
Regardless of my role, I end up building workflows that make my team and me faster. The solutions I build for myself, I've ended up selling to clients — because they work.

The automation work became its own thing. I founded Tech Studio to bring AI automations to small businesses and solo entrepreneurs — WhatsApp sales bots, lead qualification, and workflow systems that let a one-person business respond like a full team. The same instinct I bring to every role: build the system, then make it run on its own.
Before the SaaS roles and the dev teams, there was a Starbucks counter. I worked there through college — there was never a semester where I was just studying. I always did both.
And I didn't just clock in. I represented Ireland in the EMEA Barista Championship. Coffee was a real passion then (I prefer to just drink it now).
That's where the discipline came from. If you take something simple seriously — if you stand out doing the small, hard, unglamorous work — you'll take everything seriously.
Operations, project management, strategy — or building the thing that makes it all run faster.
